IdealLife Terms of services

1. Introduction

Welcome to IdealLife, a mobile application (the "App") available for download on the Apple App Store. By downloading, accessing, or using IdealLife, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

IdealLife is a personal lifestyle application designed to help you create and follow daily routines. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account & Cloud Storage

To use IdealLife, you must create an account using your email address. Your rhythm data, settings, and preferences are stored securely in the cloud (Firebase) and synced across your devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

IdealLife is currently free to download and use. We may introduce optional subscription plans in the future for premium features. If subscriptions are added:

Subscription payments will be processed by Apple through your App Store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Any change to pricing or subscription terms will be clearly communicated in the App and/or by updating these Terms.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your data (routines, settings, preferences) is stored in the cloud to enable synchronization across devices. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
