1. Overview

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how IdealLife (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our application.

2. Data Collection and Storage

To provide you with a personalized and synchronized experience, IdealLife now requires you to create an account. The following information is collected and stored securely:

Account information (email address and a secure authentication token) to create and manage your login.
Your rhythm data, routines, settings, and preferences – this data is stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore (a cloud database provided by Google). This allows you to access your data from multiple devices.
No other personal data (such as name, phone number, or location) is collected unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., through customer support).

All communication between the App and Firebase is encrypted. Your data is stored on Google’s secure servers, which comply with industry standards (including GDPR and CCPA where applicable).

3. Account and Login

You are required to create an account to use the App. We use Firebase Authentication to manage login.
You can delete your account at any time from within the App’s Profile screen. When you delete your account, all your cloud data is permanently removed from our systems immediately.

4. Third‑Party Services

We use the following third‑party services:

5. Subscriptions and Payments (Future)

The App currently is free to download. In the future, we may introduce optional subscription plans for premium features. If subscriptions are added:

Payment processing will be handled exclusively by Apple’s in‑app purchase system.
We will not collect or store any payment information (credit card, billing address, etc.).
